You'll have to tell us what recipe you are using so we'll know if it was made.
Personally, I'd go for the raspberry pie. You could also do an apple cranberry.
But, but, it's SUPPOSED to taste like that!

Adele:
I reallly was leaning toward the cran-raspberry pie for the contest. Have you ever made a raspberry pie? I've tried many dessert recipes, but when I saw the ad in my community news letter for a pie contest my mind went to work. I'm thinking how many people will do apple or pumpkin pie. Sooo.. I decided to do something a little diffrent I hope. I decided to add the crans to the rasp because the rasps can be a little seedy. Does that make sense? Apples and crans sound good, but I just a problem with apples. Thank you for emailing me back. I live in the nation's capitol. Where are you?.

If your worried about the raspberries being seedy, they are STILL going to be seedy if you add cranberries. Whole raspberries will be good and look pretty, I'm just not seeing how cranberries will go with them, but who knows? Something of contrasting color would be good. Can you get fresh raspberries now? Peaches? But then again, they aren't in season.
I'm in Orlando.

I've had cranberry-raspberry pie. There were more cranberries than raspberries and it had a lattice crust. You have to like that sweet/tart combo, which I do. I remember the color was beautiful.

Good to know, I was just thinking 'tart'!
