roasted tomato tart
I have spent the last two hours searching in the recipe index and thru my Fine Cooking collection for the recipe for a roasted tomato tart with olives. It seems to have slipped thru the cracks. The tomatoes are slow roasted with olive oil, garlic, and fresh thyme. They are then baked in a tart with cheeses and cream - it may even have an egg in it.
If anyone can point me to the FC issue, I'd greatly appreciate it! Lina
