I decided 2008 required an update. Still teaching at all the great places but usually found at Books to Cooks most often. Added media liason to the resume working with visiting chef/authors on tour. Dangerous but fun. Former culinary consultant to Miele but still laundry obsessed; Past President and Decade member of Les Dames d'Escoffier. International meeting in Hawaii this year; seemed like a good reason to attend. Consultant and writer.
