classic dinner rolls

Your "Classic Dinner Rolls" (FC #41) are a favorite at our Christmas dinner.  I always make the dough and shape the rolls the day before, as you suggest can be done.  Could this be done two days ahead of baking?

I'm glad my dinner rolls have found a home on your table!

I haven't tested them with a two day hold in the frig but I think they should be just fine.

ps.. I double this recipe and use half the dough to make my cinnamon buns from TWB.. Two birds with one stone!!
