Skillet Mac and Cheese in latest issue (post #69286)

My husband shares cooking duties with me and I left the skillet mac and cheese recipe for him because I thought it was about his speed. He followed the recipe but when he got to 3 cups of grated Parmesan he did a double take. Fortunately there was a weight given of 3 oz. I am sure the printing was in error. 3 cups of Parmesan not only would be outrageous but incredibly costly. Anybody else notice this?

AND not at all good. It would be a salt bomb. Is it really listed as "3 cups"? Hmmmm. If so, proof reading and recipe testing seems to have been a part of the budget cuts. ;o)
