I adore the recipes from Finecoking.com, and I have been a paid member now for quite some time. However, there are technical problems with the website that drive me crazy. Even with me logged in as a member, there are a substantial number of recipes that freeze me out and will not allow access to me, claiming I need a subscription. When I try logging in again, it does not help. I have tried to draw attention to this problem with Finecooking.com, to no avail. Please fix this glitch, Finecooking.com, as this is frustrating and inconvenient for your paid subscribers.

Call customer service. They wil be much more responsive than anyone else, and have always been very quick to solve the problems.At least, I hope that is still so. It was several years ago. Either do it with an email or by a phone call.

I’m sorry you’ve experienced problems on the site. If the site isn’t recognizing you as a paid subscriber, more often than not, it’s because the membership has expired and due to a possible credit card change/expiration or a new email address, our customer service team hasn’t been able to connect with you to keep your membership going. That’s the most common scenario, but there are other possibilities, so let’s connect so we can get to the bottom of this. The last thing we want is for you to have a frustrating experience on the site!
