I have made your recipe for pesto that is in the latest issue.  I as so pleased.  I think it is the best pesto I have ever made!!

That is indeed an excellent recipe for pesto.  Just the right amount of every ingredient.  The other excellent recipe from this issue (105) is the flank steak.  Also, the frozen lemon meringue cake thing.  


P.S. Have you considered the Cook the Issue challenge?

I have made different recipes of pesto but honestly i think this one takes the prize.

I have considered the cook the issue challenge, but I cook for myself and financial constraints are keeping me from doing it.  I suggested to a friend that we get together once per month to try out some of the recipes but we just haven't made it happen.

Maybe one of these days I could join you, the pictures that get posted look delicious.

  I agree that it is a lot of stuff to cook, especially if you are cooking for one.  I'm cooking for three of us and I still have a lot of leftovers.  That said, even if you don't post a lot, it would be great to see photos of your pesto!
