It's an oldie, but a goodie, probably considered a classic.  I think it was her first book, written at a time when traditional cookware and ingredients for Moroccan dishes were difficult to find, so she made adaptations for the Western cook.  Given that, its still a very good, well written cookbook which I have used for years.  Along with recipes from all over Morocco, she includes interesting commentary about the culture and various local dishes.  It's well worth buying.
