Anyone seen/tried this book or the previous book by Michel Nischan? The titles of the recipes sound so luscious. and after the discussion about "real food" this subject seemed apropos.

I have it as well as another by Michel Nischan. Haven't made anything (as usual)but he's wonderful and a really innovative cook.


Just checked. The other book is called "Taste, Pure and Simple". He goes for the flavor, which I like.
