Grits Cookbook
I've been sort of trying to follow a gluten-free diet (not as strictly as one who is Celiac, but more just to see if I might feel better) so when I saw a cookbook devoted to Grits, Cornmeal, and Polenta, I just had to buy it. The title is Glorious grits, and it is put out by Southern Living. I can't wait to try some of the recipes, especially such innovative ones like the grits croutons to sprinkle on salad. Who would have thought of it! Has anyone else tried this cookbook?

I figure this has got to be one of the world's smallest cookbooks, no?

I'm with you. Never `got` grits. I`m happy to admit that I probably never tried good ones, but....
