Biscotti book (post #62710)

Anyone know of any really good books on making biscotti?  DW loves the stuff, So I thought to try and make some for her.

1 - measure the board twice, 2 - cut it once, 3 - measure the space where it is supposed to go        4 - get a new board and go back to step 1

You don't need a book.  Just master one or two recipes and then work on variations.   Baking with Julia would be a good place to start.  Bal

I have one. I'll post the name. I think you can do as well on the internet looking for recipes.

One of the FC Holiday Baking issues from a couple of years ago has a good article on biscotti.

I did a search in my Master Cook and came up with 39 biscotti recipes--most of them gleaned from right here.  Have you done an advanced search to see what you could find?

I just checked there are 400 some  messages with the word biscotti. If only 1/8 of them have recipes, there are still enough to keep you busy for a long time.
