stuffed quahogs

stuffed quahogs (post #38385)

had a bunch of cherrystones in the freezer, a Patriot's game at a friends house, and some chourico


anyways.... shucked and chopped the quahogs( they shuck super easy when they're frozen )


shredded the chourico sausage


made some breadcrumbs


chopped some onion


added a heaping tablespoon of  chopped garlic


a cup of chopped roasted red pepper


 


seasoned  with one packet of Sayzon Goya


stuffed the washed & baked shells



just heaped a little



our Rooster of Portugal kept a close eye on me



and baked at 400 for 45 minutes
