North Indian Chicken Curry

I made the North Indian Chicken Curry from T&T tonight which I hadn't made for awhile  We still think it's one of the best curries to be found.  I made half the recipe of sauce for 5 chicken thighs and there's just enough left to have for lunch with the one leftover thigh.  I served it with a spicy green bean recipe from one of Madhur Jaffrey's books and the delicious naan I buy at WF.  Yummy, yummy.

Breath in, breath out.  There is so much more to worry about than non-recipe posts in Tried and True.
