Please can anyone recommend a Roasting Pan that does not stick when cooking Roasters, I have purchased quite a few and I have not been happy, its getting an expensive hobby

Please see the other thread you began about this. ;o) "Sticking" indicates a good degree of carmelization, and is better for the flavor of the roasted chicken.
