Please can anyone recommend a Roasting Pan that does not stick when cooking Roasters, I have purchased quite a few and I have not been happy, its getting an expensive hobby

If your chicken constantly sticks, put a couple of thick sliced onions underneath it. Put the chickens on top.
But, but, it's SUPPOSED to taste like that!

Put it on a rack, or I have even put an upside down foil pie pan under them. Adele's idea is good. They will stick (and get nice and crusty and good!) because of the caramelization of the skin. I have never found it to be a real problem. Just scrape under with a spatula. Why is it "getting expensive"?

I use a 12" cast iron pan to roast a chicken. No sticking, but even if it does, so what.
Or use a roasting rack.
