I have a kitchenAid Pasta Press. i wanted to know if there was anyting out there that was more of a commerical type unit that would be faster. or where to look for one. I have a family of 6 and they love fresh pasta, but it takes almost an hour to make enough. Thanks

Do you mean the extruder. The KA rollers work far better. But fresh pasta DOES take time.
