Welcome!! I hope you enjoy joining us here.  Feel free to post pictures of your cooking adventures.  We have started a thread for the current issue.  If you have questions on any topic it is always safe to search first on the search feature to make sure the question hasn't already been posted and also to follow a thread that was started with a lot of information.
