Isn't some of it really for Pilyut? Not an inexpensive porcelain to begin with--but nice.


The open roaster would make a killer paella.

Yes, these seem to me to indeed be the regular Pillivuyt white porcelain baking dishes - I have the one shown, in fact.  It cost around 25 euros a year ago, if memory serves.

Thanks for posting that! Seeing the roti pan reminded me to mention that bloomingdales.com has the petite roti roaster in the nonstick LTD for only $29.99. The petite braiser pan is only $49.99 and comes with a $20 AC spoon and 2 mitts. It's similar to the 10" frypan, but with two loop handles, and a great domed lid. A great deal on both if anyone can use them.
