Infrared grill
Any opinions on this type of barbecue grill? One rating agency gave good marks to a Char-broil model. Then I read a consumer review that said it was like baking instead of grilling, because there is no open flame.
Another consumer review said that these grills should not be marketed as "infrared," because the temperatures are much lower than true infrared technology (although hotter than propane).
The only thing I know about grills is that gas is fast and convenient, but charcoal tastes better.
