Food vacuum sealers

MarshaK's picture

Has anyone heard of, bought or used the Pump -n- Seal food saver vacuum sealer? I just searched through all the messages about sealers, all favor the Food Saver, no mention of this one. I came across it on a search for a new food dehydrator at www.rawnutrion.ca/html/pump-n-seal.html Very inexpensive and claims you can seal jars, as well as bags with their Tab-Check valve thingies.

Watch the video, you won't believe what you have to do to seal a zip bag!

Thanks for the link to the video, don't know how I missed that one. I now have a good idea of how the thing actually works, which isn't that well, especially with the fiddling one needs to do with the bags. Same can be done using a drinking straw and lung power! Marsha.
