delonghi Gelato Machine

   I had a gift certificate for WS and this was on sale for $150.00.  It's more anywhere else, much more.  This is a self freezing unit, so nothing to go in the freezer.  You need to wait five minutes between batches.    I used it to make some chocolate ice cream today (leibowitz's chocolate).  It made great ice cream.  No ice crystals and very nice texture.    This is a one liter machine, so it's a not a quart, but for us, thats fine.  I've bought some fruit to do some sorbets.
