Whoopie!! (post #46386)

Ultrasound tests to my legs today show that circulation has been restored 100%.  I have the green light to begin a serious walking program to rebuild lost muscle mass.  2 very grateful septuagenarians living here tonight!!

Yes, the pain was gone immediately!  I used to wake up in terrible pain several times during the night.  I even slept comfortably on thpse horrid hospital beds after the procedure. What a blessing!

Oh, Jean, that is such fantastic news!  Lots of cheering here for you and a big "Yay!" and handclap from your cybergrandson Grant, who was not sure why I was so happy, but smiled and clapped along enthusiatically.

Well, my whoopie has turned to Poopie.  Yesterday I woke up with hives, from a new blood pressure med? Back to taking Benadryl every 4 hours. Itching badly and scratching does not help.  Big fat lower lip, giant hives on all extremities. I'm in a blue funk! I look Like I had my lips augmented and stopped at only one!  I wish I could LOL.

Oh, no, you poor thing!  I hate taking Benadryl, it always make me feel like I'm in a fog.  :-(

You look like one of my grandbabies when they pout!  Hope you feel better soon.  Seems you have had an inordinate amount of trouble with medications.  Have you always had allergies, or is this something recent?  At any rate, hope it quickly goes away.

Ow, Jean! That is no good... have you tried an oatmeal bath? I got terrible hives as a kid and soaking in an Aveeno oatmeal bath was the only thing that helped the itching.
