Shameless dad brag.....

Napie's picture

I’m really not one to do this but I’m pretty proud of spoiled daughters business.  I have no artistic ability at all but I think she may have an eye for shooting a good picture.  She seems to be making a go of it.

I love your daughter's photos, and I'm sure her business will flourish.

P.S.  Was the photo of the little girl on the lake shore taken in Como?

Good eye!  I know it was in the Lake District but I don't think it was Como; I’ll have to ask here just where she was.

Tough life you know, taking rich folks pictures in the north of Italy…. J

I just asked her, you are correct it is Lake Como.

My eye isn't that good--we vacationed in Como this summer, visiting old friends.  The combination of the huge lake and the dark brooding mountains is really memorable.

OK, so your daughter's doing my dream-job! Lucky girl! She's very talented and a great site, too.

Very nice!  I wish her luck!

And, you should be proud and brag about her!  :-)

I am very impressed! I just adore the home page photo. Pssst....I am in the club of it's okay to brag about one's children from time to time. Just seems normal to me. Seriously though, she is truly talented!

Thanks for all your kind words.  As I said I'm no judge of these things, I just know what I like and she does seem to be pretty good at it.  She has an interesting business model, you buy her time and she gives you the edited (retouched) files to print as you see fit since that service is just about everywhere at low prices.  Of course she'll handle the printing if you want to pay for it but it is not where she says brings real value.
