Truffel Honey: what to do with it?

Hello all...

I have on hand a jar of truffle honey but I dont really know what to do with it.  I found some suggestions online for drizzling it on cheese which is quite good indeed but I would like some suggestions for other things to do with it.  It was a gift, but in doing my online research, it appears it was quite an extravagant gift.  Any suggestions would be quite helpful.
