Okay, before you yell at me, I HAVE searched the archives and googled it... and still I can't find the actual recipe for Mean Chef's cheesecake.  I can find discussions about it, but not the actual recipe.  Can anyone help?  I lost my own T&T cheesecake recipe during a move and need one I can rely on for this coming weekend.
