I have some duck confit that I need to use and would like to make a salad with it. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Hey mamagirl!

They should call you lucky girl to have leftover duck confit! I'm sorry not to have any ideas for you-- never having been so fortunate as to have leftover confit. When I don't have any ideas, I generally try tastespotting-- have you seen that?
