A good friend got married out of state about 2 months ago, and she is having a reception at home for friends, etc. that were not able to be at the wedding. I would like to make a wonderful wedding reception type of cupcake to serve.
Any chai tea or yummy fruit type ones out there?
Mary

There is a particularly wonderful cupcake blog that would have super recipes. I would not want just one flavor/style of cupcake if that was what was to be offered. Just a thought.

Gretchen, is it this one:

This one has enough recipes and links to keep you going for a while!
or are you thinking of Tracy's blog? I'm not sure what the url for hers is. I didn't see it in the blogroll in Sally's blog either...
Mary, how many cupcakes are you planning to make? I agree with Gretchen that two or three flavors would be most welcome. For my part, I tend to use Abby Dodge's Emergency Blender Cupcakes, which are chocolate, for my daughter's birthday-- but a kiddie party is a much different beast from a wedding reception, however belated.
