Kielbasa
I like kielbasa and my kids will eat it (bonus) but I'm tired of the same ol'recipes! Does anyone have any "new" recipes I could try?

Hi Jem--
What are your same old kielbasa recipes-- maybe we can trade. We usually just serve it boiled with potatoes or pierogies. I like it split and grilled, then served on a bun, or even on pizza! Because I usually have kielbasa around, I often substitute it for other sausages in recipes, such as a white bean and kale soup. We also like it in a batch of braised sauerkraut-- I call that choucroute polski.

I like to throw it in my borscht in the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking. Adds a nice flavour to the soup.
