Corn Casserole, soufflé, pudding??? (post #71738)

I lost the magazine in a move. It has a section on corn, I believe it had a corn soup, fritters and the recipe I am looking for individual corn pudding. Here is what I know you put the corn husks into the ramekin and the recipe used cornmeal, corn, cayenne pepper, cheese. If someone can help me get this recipe I would appreciate it everyone wants it for Thanksgiving . I believe it was in an issue like 96 to 2000. Hope someone can help
