creme caramel issue 25

Made this for dessert last night. It was very good. I had a large jar of caramelized sugar syrup from when I made the marshmellows for the hot chocolate cake and turned my head for an instant, so this was relatively quick to make.

Everyone loved it, even the teenagers who I expected to fuss over the not sweet caramel. That makes two great recipes from this issue, the chocolate cake and now this.

I don't remember caramels from the hot chocolate issue, have to pull it out & see. I do remember making CMs caramels, soooooo good.

But, but, it's SUPPOSED to taste like that!
