and left this mess? I would think you would all be working your butts off to fix things. I guess it is not that important.
There has not been one post since before Christmas. Oh well, I guess just us customers think it is important.

Yes I'm sure they have gone on vacation for the holidays, and that's fine with me. 'Tis the season, and we have CT Classic so we're OK.
I honestly don't expect much improvement until the end of Jan at the earliest, probably later. I doubt they have more than 1-2 software staff anyway (not counting Jason but he's marketing guy not a techie).

I hope you are joking-- the Forums are hardly essential services. I hope that all the FC staff members are having a lovely, relaxing vacation with their families, eating wonderful food. Don't worry, they will be back.
