Ramadan Mediterranean Fresh
We've been cooking from this book and having a great time. This is the latest installment from FXcuisine, be warned, a blog I enjoy for the writer's sense of adventure. This is appealing, from the wood fired oven to the coffee!

That meal makes a meal of ours look like snacks!! Beautiful.
We have an Ethiopian restaurant that serves something like that flat bread (but it is soft and "cakey", sort of). I rarely eat very much when it is tortillas (Mexican), but this was just "right" to eat with all the other food.
