turkey tenderloin

Dh picked up a couple at Sam's.  I'd like to grill these.  Any tips on marinades or rubs that would be good on these?  I'm seeing the rule is to grill about 10 minutes per side or til its about 160 deg.  Does that sound right?

I like teriyaki on it. Glazes are good.

Allton Brown's turkey roasting method says 161 in the breast - and it's never failed me yet so I'd go with 160 or 161 - pull tenderloin off grill, tent and rest it no less than 10 minutes but not more than 20 if you want to eat it hot.
