shredded chicken

This shredded chicken sounds more like Hakka cuisine. I've had Ginger Chicken, where small strips of chicken are seasoned then coated with corn starch and deep fried. I guess you can use peking, ginger or any asian sauce of your choice.I'm still trying to figure out how I would make this as well. Love hakka food!
