Question re Freezing

I made the Texas Pecan Pie Bars from the Pastry Queen, and had a ton of filling left over - enough to fill a 9" tart.  I'd like to freeze the filling until I find myself with some extra pastry.  The filling is composed of eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, melted chocolate, bourbon, pecans and coconut.  What do you think?  Will this mixture freeze successfully?
