question about marinade

I recently purchased 2 large pork loin roasts for a caribbean recipe.  the directions called for marinating in special marinade for 3 hours.  Well, both roasts were too much food for the number of people attending the dinner, so I froze the other roast.  Will there be a problem from freezing a pre-marinated roast?  I discarded the marinade and just wrapped the roast for freezer.
