New recipe tried Herbed Beef Skewers with Horseradish Cream (post #71548)

I'll post the link for the recipe, but just wanted to say that these beef skewers we really good and I am so lucky to have a huge rosemary shrub/bush to pick sturdy branches from, too bad I didn't take a picture. I grill them on the range top grill, but I know that a grill pan would work for the colder climates instead of grilling outdoors. Both the marinade and creme fraiche sauce are very nice and I wouldn't change a thing.
I made a baked potato to go with, but I think that pilaf would be fantastic or even risotto.
