We had this for dinner tonight - for those who own a pressure cooker and sometimes wonder what can they use it for apart from beans :-)

this was absolutely delicious!

After 1 hour my pork was still not completely tender, so I cooked it 15 minutes longer - perfect!

the glaze is fantastic, I would not change a thing in this recipe. We have some leftovers that I might use in pork fajitas or quesadillas, in a very strange fusion cuisine. OH, well.... SUE ME! :-)
