Jam Crescent Cookies

There are several types of dough can be prepared and each type has its

own way in preparation,including a type called " The puff pastry ".

Ingredients :

-- 1 kg of flour
-- 60 g of sugar semolina
-- 2 eggs
-- 1 teaspoon of salt
-- 150 g of butter ( Dissolver)
-- 50 g of yeast soft
-- 1/2 L of milk

For the securitization :

-- 300 g of butter
-- 2 tablespoons of starch

Ingredients of fillers :

-- 4 teaspoons of almond powder.
-- 4 teaspoons of jam Jatropha ( or other )

For fat :

-- Yellow eggs
