that I still haven't tried to use any of that demi-glace I made? It's been a combination of late nights, weekends when one or the other is away, and one of us being sick. Like me, right now! Either way, not a lot of cooking has been happening.

I have a rack of Ontario Lamb in the freezer though, so hopefully I can make a sauce for that.
