I just made this and it is very wet. Is it supposed to be like this? I am certainly not the pie crust Queen. I think I may go to the store and buy one. Why can't i master this?

Yes it's supposed to be a lot wetter than normal dough. Let it sit in the refridgerator for at least an hour and the flour will absorb some of the moisture. Use a lot of flour to help roll it. It really is a good dough.

Oh, good. I almost threw it out. How can I test it to make sure it will work? Break off a pieces and bake it?
