Tin vs. Non-Stick Tart pan

I'm ordering a 14"x4" tart pan and a madieline pan from creative cookware.

Is there any advantage to the non-stick vs. tin plated steel? I know the tin is the classic appication and as there are both $10 less.

That's a nice price for the tart pan I think. I think with the removeable bottom of that, it would be fine in tin. I have a non-stick madeleine pan, and really like that feature of it.
