Storing apple & pumpkin pies

I'd like to make both an apple & a pumpkin pie 2 days in advance of Thanksgiving (today!) - but am not sure if they'd get soggy or taste weird, and am also not sure how to store them.  Would the refrigerator do?  Or should I freeze the apple pie (doesn't sound like freezing pumpkin pies really works).  Thank you!!
