sprouted grains cookbook?

Has anyone looked through (or used) the cookbook:
Essential Eating Sprouted Baking: With Whole Grain Flours That Digest as Vegetables by Janie Quinn

I am wondering about giving it to a friend who is very conscious about his diet and doesn't eat a whole lot of white flour or refined sugar... but he's been getting into baking. He already has Peter Reinhart's Whole Grain Breads book... and maybe Bread Baker's Apprentice. Any other ideas? This is an xmas present. He's a friend and also my personal trainer...
