Sally over at CTC posted a recipe for "Parmesan Cake" on her blog and I gave it a try, wonderful! I made a big pan of "Winemaker's Sausages and Grapes" and the "cake" was perfect to serve with the sausages and pan juices.
I am reminded of cornbread and the aroma of the Parmesan cake baking, well let's just say that I had to leave the kitchen and as soon as it came out of the oven, I left the kitchen until dinner time.
