Was.... WORLD BREAD DAY!

I made a pain de campagne that turned out pretty good, I did not quite go for the "batard" shape, but stopped at the "regular loaf", and this time I feel my shaping was not that bad.

I blogged about it, but here are a couple of photos for those interested

The crumb on your loaf is fabulous!

I made Hamelman's Sourdough Seed Bread, Leader's Wholewheat Miche and a sciachiatta all'uva with the levain I would ordinarily throw away. It was a lot of fun doing these breads.

I can make bread, plant 125 toes of garlic, milk 15 cows...but attaching files sometimes eludes me! I tried...will try again.
