'Easy' birthday treat

'Easy' birthday treat (post #64949)

in

Here's the outcome of the 'easy'  birthday treats I made for my nephew yesterday. Although I cheated and bought the chocolate santa's in a bakery, It still took me most of yesterday to make the cupcakes, icing, dip them in chocolate and package them individually (the horror!). I made three batches of cookies for the teachers and a batch of Tracy's toffee (that I slightly burned) in between :o). Jens was happy, and that's all that counts!

perfection!

Now go get some rest...

Thank you all :o). I'm heading over there shortly to hear the full report, although I dreamed my sister was practically being attacked at the school by furious moms who yelled at her that the stuff was inedible and how dare she bring it, LOL! I kept saying 'I never intended to do that'  in my sleep until MArco woke me up. Pregnant dreams are crazy! After that, I was awake for over an hour double checking that I had tasted everything befor it went out, LOL!
