This is absolutely wonderful. All I hear is great things from this bakery and my sister-in-law brought over these cheese rolls for me to try to confirm it, and now I am wondering if anybody knows how to make it?

I had a cuban 'ball' that had cheese incorporated into it and it was absolutely wonderful.  I'm thinking it was deep fried or something as it was a uniform light brown on the outside.  It was very light though.  I can taste it now.  One of the guys who is no longer at work had brought them in from a little shop by his house.

Edit:  Now I'm not sure why I'm thinking it was Cuban, as he was from South America.

But, but, it's SUPPOSED to taste like that!
