Hi,
I made Sesame Coins to serve as a starter but when I took them out of the oven, cooled them and then tried to pick them up, they completely disintegrated into crumbs (tasty crumbs, mind you!). I wonder what went wrong? Any ideas? Although it's the first time I made them, I've never had a baking accident like that. By the way, I threw the crumbs on top of the sweet potatoes to make a crunchy topping. Waste not, want not!
