Anybody have the index that goes from '92 to the last or close to the last issue?

We have been looking for a 1984 through 1992 index. I believe that is the only index that was printed. Does it exist somewhere as a .pdf file?

The magazine issues are hopefully the following (put together by what we have or have read on internet at various places).

Year: Issues volume info if given is w/ ISSN info in magazine (in either first few pages or last few pages)
1984: 4 issues Vol 1 issues 1-4
1985: 4 issues Vol 1 issues 5-8
1986: 5 issues Vol 2 March, May, July, September, November
1987: 6 issues Vol 3 January, March, May, July, September, November
1988: 6 issues Vol 4 January, March, May, July, September, November
1989: 6 issues Vol 5 January, March, May, July, September, November
1990: ? issues no vol given January, March, May, August, October, November, December

** MY Oct 1990 & Nov 1990 are the same

** according to something I read Dec. 1990 & Jan 1991 were the same; should have been Jan 1991
1991: ?issues Vol 8 (none have Vol 6 or 7 on label) January, March, April, August, October, November, December

Is there A March 1991 issue?
(Note: someJan1991 issues incor labeled Dec1990 thus Dec1990 & Jan1991 identical?)
1992 ? 5 issues Vol 9 April ,September, October, November, December

Is there a January 1992 issue? Is there a May/June 1992 issue?
1993 ? 5 issues Vol 10 March, May/June, August/September (some say just Sept), Oct, Nov, Dec

Is there an April 1993 issue?
1994 6 issues Vol 11 March, June, Septembe , October, November, December
1995 6 issues Vol 12 March, June, September, October, November, December
1996 6 issues Vol 13 March, June, September, October, November, December
1997 6 issues Vol 14 March, June, September, October, November, December
1998 6 issues Vol 15 March. June, September, October, November, December

Found a reference to Dec/Jan 2004 but does it exist?

2007 3 issues Vol 23 Spring, Summer, Fall/Winter

This is the best attempt at the monthly magazines for Chocolatier; if anyone has other issues that should be added, the info would be appreciated. IF some are listed that do not exist, that info would be appreciated.

I have all the Chocolatier magazines. I willgo through them in the next day or two andget back to you with what I have.

I do remember the same thing (Oct and Nov 1990 the same).

I also have a recipe index for 1984-1992 if you would like a copy.

I came across your post looking for a cake that appeared in Chocolatier Magazine. It was coconut; had coconut cream and coconut in both the cake and icing. Would you happen to have it?
